Create and schedule Reports
Keytiles is very strong in real-time data representation thanks to TileView but for strategical analysis you need more insights based on daily / weekly or even monthly data. This is what you get by creating and scheduling Reports.

Feature is in early access - therefore limitations apply as we speak! At the moment only Keytiles Admins can create Reports for your Data Container - after that you can fully customize them and schedule them but this way we can closely track (necessary for now) who is using Reporting.
Fundamental basics of Reports
It is pretty simple.
- You create reports - we call them"Report setup"
- Every report can consist of multiple queries - which are forming up sections within the report.
- These queries are based on query plugins - a highly modular ssystem and we will have more and more over time.
- You generate "Report instances" of reports either manually, or
- You schedule automatic generation of reports on an hourly / daily / weekly / monthly basis
Integrations
You can imagine the generated reports as a data table / each sections. Something like a collection of CSV / Excel sheet data.
Keytiles offers API you can use to access and further integrate / visualize the results of a report - for more details check it on our API page.
